Para esta receita não há uma história ou razão.Apenas um dia que cheguei tarde, cansada e com calor a casa e apetecia-me uma coisa simples, fresca e doce. E foi isto que saiu :)
For this recipe there is no special story or reason. Only a day that I arrived home, late, tired and it was too hot. I just felt like something simple, fresh and sweet. And this is what came up with :)
Ingredientes:
2 nectarinas, cortadas ao meio sem caroço
4 folhas grandes de manjericão
150g de queijo azul
Sumac para salpicar
ingredients:
2 nectarines, halved and pitted
4 large basil leaves
150g of blue cheese
Sumac for sprinkling
The first step was to place a nonstick skillet to medium heat. Then I put there the nectarines with halves face down and let them caramelize for a few minutes. I stirred occasionally to not stick and picked them when they were golden (ie, when the smell of burnt sugar from the crème brûlée began to spread across the kitchen)
Then i just covered the core hole with one basil leave and fill it with a little blue cheese. I did the same steps for the rest of the halves and sprinkled with a little sumac.
