Optei por fazer o crumble com duas variedades de frutas, o tradicional de maçã e canela que colocarei num outro post e e este mais "original" de banana e chocolate. Os convidados na sua maioria optaram pela mais tradicional, já eu, sinceramente não sei qual prefiro. São ambos deliciosos.
For this challenge, I took a dinner party, here at home, to make one of my favourite desserts and also the one that always gets me off the hook when time is scarce, due to its simplicity.
I chose to make the crumble with two fruit varieties, the traditional apple and cinnamon and more "original" banana and chocolate. The guests mostly preferred the more traditional, but I honestly do not know which I prefer. They are both delicious.

Crumble
(Usei metade para o crumble de banana e a outra metade para o de maçã
used half for the banana crumble and the other half for the apple crumble):
250g farinha | 250g flour
50g Aveia | 50g Oat
150g Manteiga | 150g butter
100g Açúcar mascavado | 100g Brown Sugar
1/2 chávena de avelãs | 1/2 Cup Hazelnuts
4 Bananas médias e maduras | 4 Ripe Bananas (medium size)
1/2 Chávena de Pepitas de Chocolate | 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1. Cortei as bananas em rodelas com cerca de meio centímetros, misturei com as pepitas de chocolate e dividi por 4 taças.
I cut the bananas into slices about half a centimeter wide, mixed with chocolate chips and split it in 4 bowls.
2. Coloquei todos os ingredientes do crumble na Bimby e triturei durante uns 10 segundos na velocidade 7, até obter uma textura areada (se bater de mais, pode-se adicionar farinha aos poucos até obter de novo essa textura)
I put all the crumble ingredients in the Thermomix and mixed for about 10 seconds on speed 7 until I got a sanded texture (if you mixed it more than necessary, you can add flour gradually until you get the sanded textured again)
3. Coloquei o crumble por cima da fruta nas taças e levei ao forno por 20 minutos a 180º. Servi quente com uma bola de gelado
I added the crumble on top of the fruit and let it bake for about 20 minutos at 180º. I served it warm with icecream
